At Sukan B.V., we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality fresh exotic produce (fruits and vegetables). If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it according to the guidelines below.

1. Return Conditions

· Fresh exotic produce can be returned within 24 hours of delivery.

· Dry products and promotional items cannot be returned.

· Returned products must be in the same condition as they were delivered.

2. Return Shipments · To return your product, please contact us at info@sukan.eu for return instructions.

· The shipping costs for returning the products will be covered by us.

3. Refunds

· Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

· If your return is approved and the goods are returned within 32 hours after the 24-hour claim period, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

· Refunds will only be issued if the goods are returned within the specified 32-hour period after the 24-hour claim period.
